Their was an old method to use cheats in GTA Vice City Android with the use of Hackers Keyboard, but In Android 12 that method is not working so here is A new method to Use Cheats in GTA-VC Android.

Steps to Use Cheats in GTA-VC Android 

Before Playing 

Step 1 - Download A Application from below link and Install it.

Step 2 - After Installing and open it, first of all give Display Over Other Apps Permission.

Step 3 - Now Click on Enable Keyboard and on the  feature of Demo Cheats for Vice City.

Step 4 - Now get back to application and Click on Start Cheat Widget, now select Gboard.

(Now One Pop-up Button Enable on Screen)

Step 5 - Now open the GTA-VC Game.

Step 6 - For Using Cheats just click on That Pop-up>Show Keyboard, now keyboard will be Visible to you.
